First published in 1992, this is rapidly becoming something of a reference manual in the Yoga world. It discusses all the different joints of the body, how they work, what repetitive stereotyped actions cause their breakdown and the best stretches to combat this. A lot of the exercises are based on Iyengar yoga. Also in it's fifth edition. Note that this book also appears in an edition called Keep Your Joints Young in the UK.
